Jin-Oh You, Ph.D.

Dr. You received his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the lab of Prof. Robert Langer at MIT and Harvard University. And, he worked for Harvard University as a research associate in the both Biomedical Engineering and Physics Departments. His research focuses on the biomedical applications of smart biomaterials such as drug/gene delivery, tissue engineering, cosmetics, stem cells, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Dr. You conducted various interdisciplinary research projects on polymer engineering, chemistry, biology, and medicine with NIH, NSF, DARPA, American Heart Association, and American Diabetes Research Foundation. His research works have highlighted in science magazines such as Nature Nanotechnology, Materials Today, MRS Bulletin, Nano Today , etc.

R&D

Our R&D area is as follows;
Drug delivery, Cosmetic ingredients delivery, Gene Delivery, Cancer Targeting, imaging and therapy, Tissue engineering.
Our current focus is on the development of polymers (nano-capsule) as a platform to deliver drugs and cosmetic ingredients.
